Mohamad has over 43 years of business experience, spending the last past 15 years as group CEO and Chairman of several Medgulf subsidiaries. In these capacities, Mohamad has grown the business from a local insurance company to a regional insurance power house with over 12 subsidiaries. In parallel he also served as the Chairman of Banque du Credit National for 4 years. 
 
Mohamad’s experience spans 3 continents with key assignments in financial services, retail management, and M&A projects. 
 
He holds a Master’s Degree from R.I.T. in Rochester, N.Y.

Omar has 16 years’ experience in emerging market investing, in the fields of telecom infrastructure, agribusiness, manufacturing, and services, having been involved in committal and disbursal of over $500 million in debt and equity investments across the globe. Omar previously worked at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank, the largest global development institution focused exclusively on the private sector in developing countries. Omar began his career at Bank of America’s Global Commercial Investment Bank and Alternative Investment Group with over $2 billion in AUM. He holds a master’s in finance degree from George Washington University.

Mazen Obeidi is a Partner and the Group CFO of Capital EE. He has 25 years of experience in the professional services, retail and business solution industries. He has extensive professional experience from the UK and Europe within B2B and Commercial Market Sectors including FTSE100 & Multinational Companies. He worked with reputable firms in London including Grant Thornton, Key Finance and Sage Group. His regional mandates include multi-regional firms like Al Homaizi Group and Patchi International. He is a graduate of Manchester University with a double major, specializing in Finance and Economics. He also obtained his Chartered Accountancy qualification from the UK.

Mohamad Srouji, with 17+ experience at the forefront of technology, is a vision-driven professional with multi-faceted experience managing large, complex software projects and delivering cutting edge technologies and software solutions to various Governments, Telcos, and Enterprises worldwide with a total net value of projects delivered till date exceeding 780 million USD. Mohamad’s ability to redefine industry verticals by combining creativity and technology as well as his ability to rally team members and colleagues behind him, sets him apart from any other Technology Professional or Product Delivery Specialist. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Networks from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lebanese American University, complemented by a range of esteemed certifications and professional accolades.

Khaled Zeidan is the Founder and Chairman/General Manager of Capital EE. Khaled brings more than 25 years of experience in investment advisory and financial markets. Mr. Zeidan founded Gen X Management Partners, managing a USD 48 million telecom fund “MIC Ventures” sponsored by the Ministry of Telecommunications and the Mobile Operators in Lebanon. He is also the Chairman and General Manager of Banque de Crédit National SAL. Prior to founding Capital EE SAL in 2017, Mr. Zeidan was the Executive General Manager of MedSecurities Investment SAL (MSI) for over 12 years. He was also a Board Member for several funds including Impact Fund, Azure Fund, Building Blocks Fund, B & Y Ventures and Med All Cap Fund. Mr. Zeidan also served on the Advisory Board of Anghami. Prior to MedSecurities Investment, he founded Synergy Capital Advisors and served as Deputy Manager of Business Development at Groupe Société Générale Lebanon. He also served as Vice president of Capital Markets at Arab Finance Corporation. Mr. Zeidan earned a bachelor’s in economics & finance from McGill University – Montreal, Canada.
